The IEC output socket is a standard IEC 60320 C13-type connection, which suits direct connection of IEC-terminated equipment or the use of a standard IEC lead to a local socket. This inverter must be connected to a 48V DC battery bank. DC cable sizing and fusing must be appropriate for the current draw at full load. Installation should be carried out by a qualified electrician or experienced installer familiar with DC power systems. The unit is not grid-tied and does not require G98 or G99 notification. For integration into a wider Victron system, a compatible GX device and VE.Direct cable are required separately. Ensure adequate ventilation around the unit to prevent thermal shutdown under sustained load.
