Set against a tabletop in light pink and an earthy backdrop, Sisters III by Swedish artist Josefin Tolstoy is a celebration of women and their connection throughout the world. Often tasked with providing love and compassion within society, the role of women in times of need has never been more important. Using oil paint on canvas, Tolstoy has united the two female figures in red and yellow, their unified flowing hair acting as a visual representation of their connection and mutual support.
