The Bono Italian Unfiltered extra virgin olive oil is an oil that has not been subjected to the filtration process. It is the product of the union of different cultivars from Southern Italy, giving it a full and harmonious taste. With a more opaque colour, it retains some olive micro particles in suspension which, due to the natural decanting process, over time, settle towards the bottom. This process leads to a physiological variation of its veiled appearance. It has a sweet taste with contained bitter and spicy notes. In the kitchen it is very versatile, so much so that it can also be used for the preparation of desserts.
