The 2021 Oracle Red Wine is a multi-vineyard expression of Napa Valley, crafted from select hillside and benchland sites chosen for structure, intensity, and balance. Soils across the contributing sites are predominantly rocky, well-drained volcanic and alluvial formations, naturally limiting vigor and concentrating flavor. Winemaking
Miner Family Winery approaches Oracle as a thoughtful blend rather than a varietal statement, assembling Cabernet Sauvignon–led components with supporting varieties to enhance complexity and nuance. Following fermentation, the wine is aged in French oak barrels, with a measured percentage of new oak selected to complement the wine’s depth while preserving balance. Malolactic fermentation contributes roundness and integration, and extended barrel aging allows the components to harmonize before final blending. The result is a wine that emphasizes elegance and structure as much as power.

Tasting Notes
In the glass, the 2021 Oracle displays a deep garnet color with youthful intensity. The nose is layered and compelling, opening with aromas of blackberry, cassis, and dark plum, followed by notes of cedar, graphite, and baking spice.
