If your hearing aids sound duller than usual and speech is no longer transmitted cleanly, it may be that the filter in the receiver is clogged. Simply replace it and see if the sound quality improves. If this is not the case, the receiver may need to be replaced completely.

The earpieces are available in 3 performance classes:

• S is the standard earpiece for mild to moderate hearing loss
• M is one size stronger and
• P is the high-performance hearing aid for severe hearing loss

Please note that changing the hearing aid type will probably require your hearing aids to be reprogrammed! Be sure to discuss this with your hearing care professional beforehand.
