In its labels, L'Archetipo winery aims to encapsulate the soul of the territory through non-invasive winemaking in order to preserve the original characteristics of each variety used. And the Greco Bianco is certainly no exception: straw yellow colour tending towards golden, fruity notes of green apple, pineapple, floral hints and a slight nuances of honey, while on the palate it behaves like a light-bodied white wine, where the initial crispy acidity is balanced by a persistent mineral aftertaste. Someone said aperitivo?
