Darling and eye catching little party dress by the great American designer Bill Blass. Top is all pizzazz with long, fitted sleeves in dotted lace, while the torso is black lace bedazzled in black beads and sequins. Waist is nipped and the A line skirt flares out in a flurry of shiny, green satin. It has an underskirt in black, stiff crinoline, edged in black crochet lace - giving the skirt body, shape, and structure. Zips up down the back.

Condition: very good with no visible imperfections other than the unfortunate discoloration of the sleeves, where it looks like the black faded into a deep purple due to sun exposure. Priced accordingly!
