1990’s Victoria Harbor cotton fit and flare dress in blue plaid.Okay, this dress is just a great fit for anyone with curves! It may not look like much on the hanger, but it's going to give you that hourglass shape. I am a sleeves gal and I don't miss them when I wear this dress (I have this same dress in another size/color) and it is my go-to for a hot summer day! The thick pleated straps are so flattering and cute! it's got a really timeless silhouette. The skirt has great movement. I love the little ties on the pockets as well! It's got a softer take on the sweet heart neckline that I appreciate. 100% cotton will keep you cool all summer long.

This dress has functional buttons all the way up, meaning you could also unbutton it and wear it as a duster! Would look cute paired with a wicker bag and sandals in summer or a tight turtleneck worn under it with boots in the fall. I always feel really good in it when I wear mine! no visible stains.
