The 2023 release of Abe Pink has enticing aromas of peach, creamy chestnut and fresh mushroom suggesting its unpasteurised nama state. This sake has a lively palate full of zesty fruit accompanied by a delicious funk. Abe Pink celebrates the locally grown Takane Nishiki rice, and it has a great depth of flavour and a creamy texture in the mouth. 

Another wonderful representation of a fresh nama style, bottled and released shortly after pressing and labelled by the brewery as an origarami style. Origarami implies that the sake has not had tank storage after the filtering process (to let the small pieces of rice and koji residue, known as ori, settle and be drawn off), therefore the sake will have some cloudiness which may vary from bottle to bottle.
