Splash Board Golf Training Aid

The Splash Board is a rectangular piece of Lexan designed to enhance the effective bounce of the sole flange of the sand wedge. The board will not break and is used in the bunker so the player can learn to splash the ball off the board and onto the green.

Typically the player's first introduction to the board is having the instructor place a handful of sand in the middle of the board and placing the ball on top of the sand. As long as the player makes a descending blow the club will bounce off the board and the ball will come out effortlessly and with a fair amount of spin. Reference lines are included for target alignment vs. stance and swing path angles. May be used right or left handed.
