Overview

The A Series cylindrical lock is Schlage's first lock and continues to exceed ANSI/BHMA Grade 2 standards, allowing it to be used in a wide range of commercial and residential applications. A Series locks are available in ten finishes and five trim designs allowing it to fit any new or existing environments.

• Tested and certified under ANSI/BHMA A156.2, Series 4000 Grade 2
• UL/cUL listed for A label single doors, 4' x 8'; the letter F and UL symbol on latch front indicate listing
• UL437 listed locking cylinder optional; specify Primus XP 20-500 Series cylinder
• Meets ADA requirements
• California Referenced Standards Code: all levers with a return to door of 1/2" (64 mm) or less comply
