DJI Care Enterprise Basic offers 1 year of protection for your payload. Under DJI Care Enterprise Basic protection, you can send a crashed and recovered payload back to DJI, pay a deductible cost, and be sent a new replacement payload. This process can be done 2 times underneath a 1 year protection plan.

DJI Care Enterprise Basic Multiple Years

DJI Care Enterprise Basic 1 year can be purchased up to 3 times, whether all at once, or at the end of each year. Each additional year of coverage offers you 2 more full replacements with the same deductible cost.

**Conditions for Renewal**

1. If you have purchased DJI Care Enterprise Basic 1 Year for your product, you can extend for up to two more years of service before or within 15 days of the service expiration date.
2. For each replacement, you will need to pay $859.
