It overcomes the limitations of traditional oil-based non-curing products that demand high-temperature heating. While retaining the excellent properties of conventional materials, it greatly enhances construction safety and convenience, providing a more efficient, dependable solution for diverse waterproofing needs.

Scope of Application:

With outstanding and versatile performance, this coating is ideal for enclosed environments where open flames are prohibited, as well as for concealed waterproofing and repair of subways, tunnels, culverts, dams, pools, roads, bridges, bathrooms, and underground structures.

Construction Requirements:

>Substrate Preparation

Ensure the substrate is solid, smooth, and dry, free from oil, dust, loose particles, or impurities. Level uneven areas with cement mortar. Pre-repair cracks wider than 0.3 mm.

>Application Temperature

Recommended between 5°C and 35°C. Low temperatures increase viscosity and may affect performance, while high temperatures may cause rapid solvent evaporation and surface cracking.

>Application Methods

1) Troweling

Evenly apply with a trowel. Slight pre-heating if needed. Apply to the specified thickness, with each layer perpendicular to the previous for uniform coverage.

2) Spraying

Use specialized spray equipment. Maintain proper spray distance and angle to ensure even film thickness.

This product is primarily intended for bulk buyers, such as distributors and OEM customers, due to its transportation cost and application nature. It is generally not used alone but is designed to be used together with other waterproofing membranes for optimal performance.

While we offer a 1 kg sample pack for testing purposes, we do not recommend this product for individual consumers. The small packaging is only provided to support evaluation and formulation development before large-scale orders.
