This sterling silver ring has been created with a ruby zoisite cabochon. I picked this particular stone because the tiny spot of zoisite sits underneath, so only the ruby can be seen. I bezel set it and framed it with rope before giving it an antique style patina.  It has a double band ring shank, and a closed back that helps protect the cabochon, and adds substantial silver weight. The setting measures just over ¾” in length, and is ring size 7 ¾. The color of this stone was hard to display, so I’ve posted multiple pics, and hope your monitor is similar to mine.
