Fermented in an open top fermenter and bottle conditioned with a lower carbonation to emulate cask beer, this beer is a twist on a classic wet hop beer with vibrant yeast expression and saison phenolics. Look for notes of peach ice tea, black pepper, blackcurrant jelly and bread.
