This is a custom footie that will be made with the fabric you provide. To start, a base price for my time/work with you providing the fabric is $90 for a basic footie with elastic in the ankles, and one locking zipper.  An additional locking zipper head adds $10.  A hood adds $20, and pockets add $10.  (For the pockets do you want a slot style, so they are on the inside of the pajama, and not really visible from the outside?  Or do you prefer them as "patch pockets" where they are sewn on the outside of the pajama?)  Vinyl toe caps add $10. Lastly the interior "pita pockets" would add another $10.  The total cost would be $150
