Bright Lights emerged from the dark winter like a big burst of light and warmth. Little Pomona took a load of very ripe Bramley apples, pressed them together with locally grown Egremont Russet, a few kilos of medlars and some Dabinett grown right next to Little Pomona's farm.

Fermented wild, the transformation from sweet juice into a spine-tingling mouthful of juicy, bright citrus, perfumed flowers and blossom honey was mesmerising. Bottle conditioned for a gentle natural sparkle, it's best served cold with warm company and good food!
