Question: I live in New England and it snows a lot here, how this wood will hold up here?
Answer: Teak wood is rich in teak oil that make is very accommodating to extreme weathers, You can leave your furniture out in snow all winter and once spring comes back just wash it off and after dry it ready to use. For cushions, sunbrella fabric is water replant but not water resistant. We recommend keeping cushions inside. We also use new Sunbrella fabric called sunbrella rain that would be fully water resistant.
We also carry fast dry foam is requested by customer.


Question:
What is the warranty on this set? or any teak furniture from Bayview Patio?
Answer:
All teak pieces sold by Bayviewpatio comes with one year of warranty condition that they had normal maintenance. No warranted against abuse or act of nature. Normal checking on teak is normal. No warranty on non sunbrella cushions for fading.
Usually our furniture last over 10 years as our customers call us even after 7 years of purchase for replacement cushions, or some questions they have on their mind.

Shipping

This shipment will be prepared on wooden pallet and delivered by one of the freight companies depending on your address. This item is shipped from our California warehouse so the longest time will be to deliver on east coast which is about 10 business days. 
Once dining set is shipped we will send you tracking number, but please do not take day off based on the tracking information. Shipping company will call you to schedule delivery, No shipment is delivered without scheduling it. When shipping company calls on the phone number you provided you can schedule it based on your availability. 
Delivery is curbside delivery. A small tip to driver, and he will bring it to your garage if it not too difficult. Or pallet can be broken down to carry individual pieces.
