There’s something timeless about a shawl collar. Originally found in early 20th-century smoking jackets and later used in tailoring, it’s a silhouette built for ease — structured, but not stiff. We paired it with soft bouclé cotton and a double-breasted front to create a modern jacket with a subtle nod to the past.

The fabric is handwoven in our Marrakech atelier using a bouclé weave — a technique that gives the surface a lightly textured feel while remaining breathable. Gold-tone buttons add contrast against the deep indigo base. This is a piece that dresses up or down effortlessly — without ever trying too hard.
