This kit is for the purpose of replacing a stripped clamp shaft in the Pro-Lift Automatic or ProDolly™ HD2.
The clamp shaft is pre-greased where the "working" threads are. Use your existing handle and jam-nut.
All cart clamp assemblies are tested by our Quality Control department and verified as working properly prior to packaging. Through field testing, it was found that clamp shaft stripping occurred when the clamp was severely over-tightened. This is not covered by the warranty.
Do not over-tighten the clamp assemblies. Very little clamping force is needed to hold the cart securely to the stone.
