 To purchase this treatment, you will have to provide your VALID Beekeeper Registration, Pesticide License, Exterminator License or Pesticide Vendor Permit every single time you show up to buy a Varroa Mite Treatment.

We as Vendors must verify that you meet the requirements to purchase the Pesticidal Treatment and we must record your information.

Apivar's active ingredient is Amitraz (3.3%), and the strips are quick and easy to insert into the hive. Be sure to rotate your mite treatments and remove strips after the treatment period when using synthetic miticides to avoid breeding resistant mites.

Sold in packs of 4 or 12 strips. Use 2 strips per brood chamber (packaging includes detailed instructions for proper use).
