The EMPI GTV-2 D7000 CNC-ported heads represent serious racing-grade airflow on the proven GTV-2 casting, machined for 94mm pistons. CNC programs cut the intake port, exhaust port and combustion chamber with precision — you now have a smooth, ready-to-bolt-on finished head with massive 44mm intake / 37.5mm exhaust valves.

The D7000 port profile is ideal for big-displacement (1914-2332cc) builds that need serious flow but don't require the full Stage 3 wedge-port treatment. Beefed-up intake and exhaust ports allow massive porting without the need for welding.

Important

• Lash Caps (P/N 00-4006-0) are required for all stainless steel valve applications — sold separately.
• 12mm long reach spark plugs must be used in place of stock Bosch plugs.
• Verify rocker arm geometry and check for coil bind with dual springs.
