Sleep Well Dissolvable Granules are a food supplement with sweetners.

A daily dose of 1 sachet contains:
56.5 mg magnesium (15% NRV*),
190 mg lemon balm extract,
120 mg L-tryptophan and 75 mg lettuce extract.

Ingredients:
Xylitol, mannitol (sweeteners), magnesium citrate, Lemon Balm extract (Melissa officinalis) 9.5%, L-tryptophan 6%, Lettuce extract (Lactuca sativa) 3.8%, natural orange flavour and other natural flavours, gum arabic (thickener), magnesium stearate (glazing agent), citric acid and steviol glycoside from Stevia (sweetener).

Directions:

Adults and children 12 years and over:
Take 1 sachet daily, 1 hour before bedtime. To be poured directly into the mouth and swallowed with or without water.

Other:

Do not exceed stated recommended daily dose. Taking too much may cause a laxative effect.

Do not take this product if you are allergic to any of the ingredients.
