Monatomic: WatermelonWatermelon mead. We steam juiced and low simmered nearly a ton of watermelon juice to create our own in house concentrated version and combined it with orange blossom honey. We fermented low and slow, using a touch of oak during fermentation to add a touch of complexity. The low fermentation temperature also allowed us to retain tons of the candy watermelon aroma notes.
