Usage: Mouse IgG Affinity Agarose is made of high-quality mouse IgG covalently conjugated to agarose gel, which has the characteristics of high loading capacity, high specificity, stable properties, can be used repeatedly, and can be used for immunoprecipitation (IP), co-immunoprecipitation (Co-IP), chromatin immunoprecipitation (ChIP) and other immunoprecipitation-related experiments as a negative control for mouse-derived antibody agarose gels, and to remove non-specific adsorption.
