A vibrant blend from 18-year-old vines rooted in sandy clay and limestone soils. Hand-harvested—Zweigelt in mid-September and Blaufränkisch in early October—each variety is destemmed and undergoes two weeks of maceration. Fermented separately with native yeasts in stainless steel for 10–14 days, then aged 12 months in a mix of steel and old oak before blending. Unfined and lightly filtered before bottling.
