Andi Mann makes minimal intervention, organic wine in Eckelsheim, Germany, cultivating his vines holistically, allowing local sheep to wander through the vineyards and loosen the soil, and nurturing wild orchids that grow in the area. His aim is to produce honest, natural wines with an openness and intensity of taste that reflect their origin.

This is ridiculously drinkable strawberry juice – light reduction on the nose, fresh crunchy cherry fruit on the palate. We all love this wine at HB&B and now, as the weather warms up, it’s the perfect time to enjoy it.

Grapes: Portugieser/Cabernet Dorsa, Dornfelder, Merlot, Bacchus
