About Fumeo Carlo: In 1933, Fumeo Carlo, an Italian tie maker, traveled to Germany and secured a specialized loom for knitting neckties. He returned to his small town outside Milan and started making some of the world's finest silk menswear accessories. Almost 100 years later, Fumeo Carlo is still family owned (his grandchildren are now in charge) and while they have continued to innovate and modernize their design aesthetic, their dedication to classic techniques, superior craftsmanship and the world's most luxurious materials has not wavered.
