48" tall Next Generation Rolling Sign Base/Post; Universal sign holder (18" dia. x 12" tall) with large recessed 3" wheels for traffic, parking, safety signs and more; 1 or 2-sided display. Includes 2" pre-drilled pole that stands 48" high and accommodates signs from 9"x12" to 18"x24" and 12"x36". Includes exclusive EZ-GRIP Finial and Stability Plates that keep signs from twisting on post. Rolling water or sand-filled base for stability and wind resistance up to 30-40mph holds up to 30+ lbs of ballast; just Grip, Tip and Roll to move in or out; user stays clean and dry. The base comes in Black, Red, Blue or Yellow.
