Key Botanical Ingredients

• Myrrh (Commiphora molmol) – traditionally used to reduce inflammation and fight infection

Ingredients: Commiphora molmol (Myrrh) and Glycyrrhiza glabra (Liquorice).

Directions for use: 

Dilute 5ml of tincture in 20-30ml of water. Take small sips and gargle with each for 1 min and spit out. Repeat 3-4x a day or as needed to relieve symptoms.

Shake well before use.
