• High-Capacity 150 PSI Vessel: Features a 6.5 cu. ft. (185 liters) capacity pressure vessel rated for 150 PSI (10.3 BAR). Built to strict industry standards with A.S.M.E. Section VIII Division 1 certification and CRN registration for all Canadian provinces.
• 12VDC Electric Controls: Adds critical speed to starting and stopping operations—especially when running over 100 feet of blast hose. This electric system also prevents freezing problems in cold-weather environments.
• Big Gun Full Flow System: Provides an unrestricted, zero-pressure-drop path for air and abrasive to travel to the blast nozzle. Because every 1 PSI change equals a 1.5% shift in production, this system is a must-have for #7 and #8 nozzles.
• Remote Abrasive Cutoff: Allows the operator to remotely turn off the abrasive flow while continuing to blow high-velocity air from the nozzle to clean off the project surface.
• APVII Premium Abrasive Metering: Equipped with an Automatic Plunger Valve II featuring a quadruple plunger seal arrangement. This solves air/abrasive carry-over and jamming issues common with low-pressure blasting or steel abrasive. Features a solid machined tungsten carbide plunger and sleeve for superior wear resistance.

• APVII Cleanout Port: A 1" NPT cleanout port provides quick access to clear obstructions bridging the metering port and allows you to drain the vessel without removing the valve.
• Combination Valve: A 2-in-1 design that simultaneously stops the air blasting and relieves vessel pressure the moment the control handle is released.
• Union End Ball Valves: Allows you to shut off the abrasive at the bottom of the pot. Perform maintenance or repairs on the metering valve without dumping the entire vessel of abrasive onto the floor.
• Heavy-Duty Piping: Features 1-1/2" galvanized piping for excellent corrosion resistance, a heavy-duty moisture separator, full port ball valves, and an extended-life Schedule 80 heavy-duty nipple to withstand long-term abrasive wear.
• 9" Adjustable Spider: Fully adjustable for different media types and sizes. Keeps the weight of the media off the pop-up when hopper-fed from above so it seals properly.
• Skirted Pop-Up Gasket: "Knifes" its way through the media to assist in sealing, eliminating the "abrasive burping" common with hopper-fed pots. A must for large grit sizes.
• Pressure Release System: Automatically blows down the vessel when the control handle is released. Low maintenance with simple troubleshooting for field repairs.
• Portability & Setup: Includes a 15' blowdown hose assembly for remote mounting and full-load lifting eyes for safe transport and placement.
