How to Use

  2. Roll: Lightly dust the surface with icing sugar and roll the icing to 2-4 mm thick.
  3. Cover: Lift with a rolling pin and drape over the prepared cake. Run your hand over the top and secure under the top edge.
  4. Smooth: Smooth down the sides with the palm of your hand, finishing with a smoother if available, then trim the excess icing.
Storage

If there is leftover icing, wrap it tightly in cling film and store inside an airtight container in a cool, dry place.
