The Reusable Metal SF 901 Coversheet features a clear plastic sleeve securely fixed with Chicago barrel screws to the metal cover, allowing for the insertion of a pre-printed card when filled out that complies with the CUI designation indicator requirements outlined in DoDI 5230.24(3.4)(e).
This pre-printed card displays the five designated lines for personnel to fill in the CUI designator indicator information, ensuring clear and compliant identification and distribution restrictions for the CUI. The card’s blank spaces are designed fill in the required details such as the CUI category, distribution limitations, and other mandatory markings.
