Our Fresh Cornish Lobsters are truly something special - widely regarded as some of the finest in the world. It's one of our signature specialties here at Marisco Fish, and we're proud to say we have never imported a single one. 

Sustainably caught and held in crystal-clear sea tanks straight from the Cornish coast, our lobsters are collected live to order. Ensuring, unrivalled freshness and full traceability from sea to plate.

You'll also find tomalley inside (the green or red substance in the body cavity) - considered a delicacy by many, its completely safe to eat and full of rich, briny flavour. 

Please note: While we always send lobsters live, couriers don't always treat them as gently as we do, and on rare occasions, a lobster may arrive no longer alive - but rest assured, they remain perfectly safe and fresh for up to 4 days when stored correctly.
