TDK CXA-0308 CCFL Inverter

The TDK CXA-0308 CCFL Inverter (9Z29T) is a high-reliability dual-lamp CCFL backlight inverter engineered for industrial and commercial LCD applications. Operating on a 10.8–13.2 V DC input, typically 12 V, it delivers stable output for two lamps with a consistent ~5 mArms lamp current per channel.

The inverter provides a normal ~600 Vrms output voltage, with a strong 1200–1250 Vrms start-up voltage for dependable lamp ignition, even in cold conditions. Designed with PWM dimming, analog brightness control (0–2.5 V / potentiometer), and alarm output (Vst), it supports intelligent system monitoring and adjustable illumination.

Its silicon-coated high-voltage section enhances safety and insulation durability. Built for harsh environments, it operates from –10°C to +70°C and stores safely at –30°C to +85°C. The compact 105 × 25 × 8.5 mm size makes it ideal for space-restricted LCD modules.
