Technical specifications

Application & preparation

• Surface prep: Clean, sound and dust‑free substrate. Remove unsound render. Use suitable primer/key coat on high or low suction backgrounds. Mesh reinforcement at openings and stress points.
• Mixing: ~6.5 L clean water per 25 kg bag. Mix for 5+ minutes to a uniform consistency.
• Application: Hand trowel or machine projection. Apply in one coat to specified thickness; level and finish as required.
• Finishing: Scraped, floated or spray textures achievable depending on tools/technique.
• Working conditions: Apply between +5 °C and +30 °C. Avoid rain, frost or strong sun during early curing.
• Setting: Typically 3–8 hours at ~20 °C. Recoat window (if required) ~4 hours to 3 days, weather‑dependent.
