This step-mashed tart wheat beer draws influence from the traditional Berliner Weisse but with a vibrant, tropical twist. In true OD fashion, we’ve cranked it up to 305 and amplified this wee number using our in-house lacto culture, then loaded it with huge doses of dragonfruit, watermelon, raspberry, and coconut water during fermentation."
