Illustrated by Masakazu Fukuda. He is single handedly responsible for creating all of the artwork for the Gold Star Pokemon across all sets. Having contributed over 400 cards, it’s fair to say they are prolific, while producing high quality, sought after cards. His artwork is self described as cute, colorful, and vibrant with his favorite Pokemon being Lugia! 

Released in early 2012, Dragon Selection as it's known in Japanese, or Dragon Vault in English, features a ton of dragon type Pokemon, true to its name. Relatively speaking, it is a pretty small set with around 20 unique cards. This Black & White era set wasn’t sold via boxes but rather only through blister packs.
