Our nutritious, yet delicious Multigrain Così Flatbread. A long-time comrade of our Original Flatbread recipe, rich with hearty grains for our health-conscious patrons.

Our recipe has a fluffy and porous inside with a textured multigrain crust, so it's equal parts healthy, tasty and just plain awesome. Use it for light picnic sandwiches, artisanal pizzas, cushiony vessels for party dips, or whatever suits your fancy. 

Each loaf of Così flatbread can make 4 slices / servings.

Così Bread Baking Instructions:

• Pre-Heat Oven to 425° F
• Brush 1 TBSP of Olive Oil over surface of bread
• Sprinkle with ¼ TSP of Kosher Salt over entire surface of the bread
• Bake on sheet tray for 6 to 10 minutes
• For a crispier crust bake directly of oven rack
