Directions

Place one lozenge in your mouth.

Gently move it from side to side.

Allow it to fully dissolve—do not chew, suck or swallow it whole.
Use only one lozenge at a time and do not exceed 15 lozenges per day.

These lozenges are used as part of a structured program to help you stop smoking:

Step 1 – Weeks 1–6
• Take 1 lozenge every 1–2 hours

Step 2 – Weeks 7–9
• Take 1 lozenge every 2–4 hours

Step 3 – Weeks 10–12
• Take 1 lozenge every 4–8 hours

Regular use helps maintain enough nicotine in your system to ease withdrawal symptoms.
For best results, use a lozenge whenever you feel tempted to smoke.

Ingredients

Active ingredient per lozenge:
• Nicotine 2mg (as polacrilex)

Contains:
• Aspartame (phenylalanine source – E951)
• 15mg sodium per lozenge — consider if you are on a low-sodium diet
• 15.42g mannitol per 15 lozenges — may cause diarrhoea or have a laxative effect

Do not use if:
• You are under 12 years of age

Do not use unless advised by a doctor if:
• You have had a heart attack or stroke
• You have circulation problems
• You are under 18 years old

Seek medical or pharmacist advice before use if:
• You are pregnant or breastfeeding
• You have uncontrolled high blood pressure
• You have a stomach ulcer
• You have kidney or liver disease
• You have an overactive thyroid or adrenal gland tumour
• You use insulin for diabetes
