 The Panasonic EX-22A-PN (Part Number: UEX22APN) is a photoelectric sensor designed for accurate detection of opaque, translucent, or transparent objects. With a sensing range from 5 mm to 160 mm (0.197 to 6.299 inches), it offers flexible application in various industrial processes. The sensor features a PNP open-collector transistor output, with a maximum sink current of 50 mA, and short-circuit protection for reliable and safe operation.

The EX-22A-PN provides fast response time with 0.5 ms or less, and it comes with IP67 protection for dust and water resistance, ensuring durability in tough environments. The operation indicator (orange LED) and stability indicator (green LED) allow for easy monitoring of the sensor's status. The sensor is suitable for use in conditions where ambient temperature ranges from -25°C to +55°C (-13°F to +131°F), and it offers shock resistance up to 500 m/s² (50 G).
