Shake well before use. Apply evenly to face, neck and body at least 30 minutes before sun exposure. Repeat regularly to ensure optimal protection, especially after sweating, swimming or drying off. To achieve the specified SPF, sunscreen products must be applied at a rate of 2mg per cm² of skin (equivalent to approximately 6 teaspoons for an average person's body).
