Distilled in 2020, this brandy initially matured for a year in an apricot brandy cask, where it absorbed fruity notes of ripe apricots and a delicate sweetness. This was followed by three years in a red wine cask, which imparted a velvety texture, amber hues, and a refined cask aroma. The result is a complex, harmonious beer brandy with an exciting balance of malty spice, delicate fruit, and vinous depth.
