Cantina Antonioli Il Male Minore Vino Rosato 2023Giulia and Giorgio Antonioli left academia in 2018 to start their wine journey in an old farmhouse in the hills of Gubbio in Perugia (Umbria). Farming fifteen tiny parcels of vines aged 60 to 120 years old, the couple produces a handful of natural wines from the 3+ hectares of heirloom vineyards. A lovely light ruby color leads to a bouquet of cherry and red berry fruits, full and round on the palate, with a touch of spice and fine acidity.
