The Impulse IT9512 is a pin-loaded machine for working out the deltoid muscles (Delts - Shoulder) and auxiliarily working out the musculus triceps brachii (Triceps).

The exerciser could effectively work out the muscles of the shoulder and upper arm by pressing the handle upward after choosing the appropriate weight.
