3. Once we have received your photo, we will send a confirmation email to you within 48 hours.

4. The one line drawing will be sent to your email in 2 - 4 working days. If you have any comments, please reply to the email and let us know

5. Upon your confirmation, the final one line drawing will be sent to your email

Turnaround time of the One Line Drawing: 

Our standard turnaround time is 2 - 4 working days. Please note that it will be counted from the next day you have submitted the order.
