The first & only Rum to be distilled & aged in Northumberland, aged for 12 months in our tiny distillery on Holy Island. A piece of Island folklore in a bottle, our Rum is distilled with Blackstrap Molasses, Vanilla & Coconut. It is then aged in heavy charred American Oak casks for a unique & smokey flavour.
