Here's your chance to grab a world class international overlanding trip!

 Our group will meet in Yuma, Arizona on Saturday October 31, 2026 at 8:00am , we will caravan south to the International border crossing at Mexicali EAST and cross the border together for a smooth entry into Baja. 

This Baja Excursion will take us down the east coast along the Sea of Cortez and through San Ignacio , Santa Rosalia , Mulege and our furthest point south will be the Bay of Conception. 

We will mix it up with camping versus lodging rooms , this will give us the opportunity to reset

* Guerrero Negro 

What's required -

* 4x4 or AWD vehicle

* Full size spare

* Traction boards

* Valid Passport ( Cannot expire while you are in Baja )

* Correct tools to change your tire ( Jack , socket or socket key for your specific lug nuts )

* FMM-Tourista papers - We will acquire these together at the Mexicali border crossing , this fee is included in your registration fee.

* Navigation app or GPS device.

* Mexican Insurance -https://www.bajabound.com/ or https://instant-mex-auto-insur.com/

* Food and Beverages - You can purchase most everything in Baja 

* Camping gear - RTT or ground tent , bedding , pillows , etc. 

* Container for drinking water , Purified , clean drinking water can be obtained in Baja 

* Two way radio for communication - GMRS recommended -We will use channel 17

* First Aid Kit

Suggested gear and equipment -

1. Air compressor - to air up your tires 
2. swimsuit
3. quality camera with video capabilities
4. waterproof/ dustproof storage for passport /FMM paperwork
5. water shoes for beaches and rough dirt /sandy streets 
6. drone to capture those EPIC shots 
7. Small bills of US currency - $1 , $5 and $10 US dollars - No Pesos required

1. We will not be going to Bay of LA ( Bahia de Los Angeles)
   
2. We will be camping on a secluded beach on the Sea of Cortez ( 2nd night)
