This beautiful sake conjures up the tropics with pronounced aromas of creamy banana, musk melon, nashi pear, white peach, and candyfloss. An expressive ginjo-ka and great introduction to this smooth medium-sweet sake that floats like a silky coating across the mouth with flavours of pear and apple. There is a defined backbone of umami giving the drink excellent structure and Sharaku lingers on the palate and ends with a sprinkle of white pepper acidity.

Just one pasteurisation in the bottle before leaving the brewery in Fukushima preserves the freshness and vitality which sing when it is served chilled in a glass to hold all those heady aromas.
