Citrus - Green Apple - Fresh

This playful pet nat offers an aromatic nose with bright citrus notes, green apple and a hint of white flowers, underscored by a touch of minerality. On the palate, the wine is fresh and clean, with flavours of ripe pear, citrus zest and a delicate herbal undertone. The red clay and rhyolite tuff soils contribute a subtle depth and a slightly earthy finish. A beautifully biodynamic sparkling wine that captures the essence of Tokaj in every sip.

Winemaker Tímea Éless was born in Tállya (north-west Tokaj) and spent most of her childhood there, taking over teh family plot from her grandfather in 2009.  Tímea has cultivated her vineyards in harmony with nature using no chemicals and avoiding completely synthetic pesticides. Her ultimate goal is to achieve a balanced interaction between man and nature in order to produce pristine wines.
